Select a single file (pdf for example) or create a folder on your computer to include text and any photos. On a pc, right click the folder, and select "Send to Compressed (zipped) folder." On a mac, select the folder, press the control button and choose Compress.

Text should be submitted in a Word file without excessive formatting and without photos embedded. Photos should be submitted individually in their native file format. Photos should be approximately 300 dpi resolution at finished size. Images pulled from webpages are typically 72 dpi and not suitable for printing.

By submitting photos, I affirm and attest that I have the explicit rights to reproduce them.

I, "User", am the owner of all posted material, or User has the permission of the owner to post the material.

User grants Northern Kentucky University (NKU) a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable right and license to copy and distribute, and display any materials User posts for use, including, but not limited to, reproduction and distribution in NKU's printed, video, electronic, and online materials. User retains ownership of any intellectual property rights held in posted materials.

User, agrees not to post:

any materials protected under copyright, trademark, or trade secret laws, unless with the express authorization of the owner; or any material likely to defame or invade the privacy of an individual. User agrees to indemnify NKU and its affiliates and employees from any liability (including attorney fees) related to User's violation of this agreement.
